What is The Transition?

We help coaches and skill trainers establish their core values within the realms of team and player development. Our mission is to aid coaches in building their personal coaching philosophies, while creating problem solvers who can bring value to a staff and become strong candidates for job opportunities. In addition, we help coaches and entrepreneurs scale their businesses and expand their impact.

How am I going to learn?

Our online curriculum gives members 24/7 access to video archives, allowing them to go through the course at their own pace. Members can also join coaching and trainer mentorship groups to meet and learn live from Coach Korey both virtually and in person on a monthly basis. You’ll have access to one-on-one interviews featuring Coach Korey and special guests from the NBA, WNBA, FIBA, NCAA, and elite grassroots levels.

Who is this curriculum for?

It also serves coaches at the professional level—such as video coordinators, skill development coaches, assistants, and scouts—as well as skill development trainers, entrepreneurs, and former players transitioning into the coaching realm.
